Using BMC Atrium Integration Engine (AIE), I tried to use filehelper.exe to create the .tbl file. I got this error message:<\/p>\n

Could Not establish Connection to AR:OpenARConnection Call Failed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There were two issues:<\/p>\n

  1. I had to point to the correct server (not sure which server needed to be installed).<\/li>\n
