filehelper.exe: Could Not establish Connection to AR:OpenARConnection Call Failed.
Using BMC Atrium Integration Engine (AIE), I tried to use filehelper.exe to create the .tbl file. I got this error message:
Could Not establish Connection to AR:OpenARConnection Call Failed.
There were two issues:
- I had to point to the correct server (not sure which server needed to be installed).
- I should not have included the -ar option. This command didn’t need the port for the web front end.
