LDAP: error code 65 – 0000207B: UpdErr: DSID-03050FA3, problem 6002 (OBJ_CLASS_VIOLATION), data 0

I got this error when I was missing required attributes when creating a user object with Active Directory. It stopped yelling at me when I gave it these attributes (some might not be required — if you figure out the minimum add a comment):
$dn, objectClass, sAMAccountName, cn

    you can see what attributes are required for each class with a good schema browser (like the one provided with softerra)
