Only one administrator can connect at this time
Having somehow removed my own access to the database, I restarted SQL Server 2005 in single-user mode. When I tried to connect with sqlcmd, I got this error:
Login failed for user ‘MYDOMAIN\me’. Reason: Server is in single user mode.
Only one administrator can connect at this time.
It turns out I had to first stop SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, etc.
